SHIPPING INFORMATION

Products shipping to Continental US locations typically follow the below timelines:

NOTE: These time frames have been extended due to reduced staffing and production related to COVID-19. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but will work to ensure your order is processed as fast as possible.

All mats  typically leave our warehouse within 2 business days once the order is processed. (Temporarily extended due to reduced production capabilities)

  • We are currently unable to offer concrete processing times due to reduced hours and staffing caused by circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 virus.  
  • We will continue to produce all orders as fast as possible while maintaining our high standards of quality.

 

RETURNS 

We like to look after the environment where we can, so currently, we do not provide a physical invoice inside your parcel. Please read on below to learn more about our returns process. 

  • Item must be returned within 30 days from the day you've received your order, transit times are not included within this time
  • Item must be sent back with a returns form including your order information, without the returns form, we cannot always correctly identify the customer and may not be able to fulfil your return request. Download form from link above.
  • All Item(s) must be unused; - if the returns item fails this test, they will be returned back to you
  • Items covered in animal/human hair will not be accepted
  • All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken
  • Returns can take up to 7 days to process, so don't be alarmed if you've tracked your return as delivered but haven't heard from us yet
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If any item returned breaches any of the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item back to you in the same condition it was received in.
